When will my monthly box ship?
Subscription boxes are processed at the beginning of each month and typically ship by the 15th. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your gear is on its way.
Can I return or exchange items that don't fit?
Yes, we offer a 30-day exchange policy for unworn and unwashed apparel. If your item doesn't fit, contact our support team to initiate an exchange for a different size.
