At The Otaku Box, we want you to love your gear; if your apparel doesn't fit or arrives damaged, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that due to the limited edition nature of our curated boxes, items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the specific apparel items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all anime accessories and tags are included to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new size within 5-7 business days.
